Funded Trading Plus – Promotions Terms and Conditions

Funded Trading Plus runs periodic giveaways and promotions (“Promotions”) to reward and engage with our community. By entering or participating in any Promotion hosted or operated by us or one of our official partners, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win any Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Promotions are open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of the following countries are strictly prohibited from participating due to legal or regulatory restrictions: Belarus, Crimea, Russia, Afghanistan, North Korea, Myanmar, Cuba, Syria, Islamic Republic of Iran, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Libya, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Chad, Congo Republic, Eritrea, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam and Vanuatu.

Participation is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Funded Trading Plus are not eligible to participate.

3. KYC (Know Your Customer)

Funded Trading Plus has high standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) controls. Prior to the Contractor receiving any payment for services rendered, KYC checks must be completed and passed. These are facilitated by Sum&Substance (SumSub) and require identity, liveness, and checks related to international sanctions and terrorism watch-lists. This is to ensure that prior to any funds being transferred between Funded Trading Plus and the Contractor, all necessary due diligence is completed.

Failure to pass KYC to Funded Trading Plus’s satisfaction will result in non-payment for services rendered and termination of any active simulated-live accounts.

The final decision maker as to whether KYC has been passed or failed is Funded Trading Plus.

Any trader who passes an evaluation with Funded Trading Plus and is due an upgrade to the FT+ Trader simulated live account is required to complete, and pass, any and all of Funded Trading Plus’s KYC processes before an account can be issued.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Specific entry criteria are detailed on each individual Promotion’s landing page. In general:

  • Entry typically requires submission of a valid and verifiable email address.
  • Only one entry per participant is allowed unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Additional entries (e.g., via multiple email addresses or devices) do not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
  • Funded Trading Plus reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each Promotion includes a clear start and end date. Entries submitted before or after the designated Entry Period will not be accepted. Funded Trading Plus is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • Winners are selected at random using a third-party independent winner generator.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
  • If a selected winner fails to respond within 7 days of the notification or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be chosen.

7. PRIZES

  • Prizes will consist of digital coupons redeemable for Funded Trading Plus programs.
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and may not be substituted, resold, or exchanged for other goods or services.
  • All taxes or fees associated with receiving or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

All participant data, including email addresses, are collected and stored in accordance with the United Kingdom’s General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

You may request the removal of your data or withdraw from a Promotion at any time by contacting us.

9. DISQUALIFICATION

Funded Trading Plus reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant who:

  • Attempts to tamper with or circumvent the entry process
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Submits false or misleading information

Any form of fraud, technical manipulation, or abuse of the Promotion will result in immediate disqualification.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Funded Trading Plus, its employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability, damages, or claims resulting from your participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Funded Trading Plus reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion at its sole discretion in the event of technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control that compromise the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.

12. DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom and will not be subject to class action procedures or claims for punitive or consequential damages.
